The Philadelphia experiment conducted by the Navy did not advance ANY science in the public ‘open’ scientific community. The Navy was forced to create a conspiracy in order to save many naval and private individuals from going to prison, and possibly even death sentences. We tried Nazi scientists for using humans in experiments; why was the U.S. excluded for doing the very same crimes. Many sailors, being separated in mental institutions across the country, parents were demanding answers to the claims being made by the sailors. The Navy feared some restitution could been demanded for their negligence and decided a conspiracy needed to be generated to cover their steps; just pretend it did not happen at all.
Therefore if it never happened, there is no advance science for the ‘open’ scientific community to play with, and no need for any precaution for any science fiction, proposed tragic accident. Did it pacify the parents? Probably not, they could see through the conspiracy, but the conspiracy idiots ate it up and so did the academia. So, today in the open world the experiment never happened, no advance science or tragic accident. All the sailors, parents and military and private individuals associated with the experiment are dead, no real need to hide the real truth anymore, EXEMPT for the advance science.
The U.S. was NOT the only folks with this advance science
Ironically the Germans started the hunt for this advance science long before the war, their purpose being quite different than the Navy’s purpose of hiding ships from submarines. The Germans wanted a technology to reach the stars, nothing to do with any military implementation. Possibly or not, the Navy and the Germans knew of Tesla’s speech he gave in the 1908, which outlined this advance science and how it could be made possible for the good of humanity. In it, he states:
What Tesla said here, some 35 years before the Navy’s experiment occurred or close to 20 years before the Germans started their project, could not be found in any physics book back then or even today. Tesla was talking about something happening beyond human effort, something happening by Nature. However, it appears humans must initiate it through some “harnessed energy… and suitable agencies”. Our science today is not what I would call advanced, i.e. out of the box thinking. We are stuck in a rut within the ‘open world science’ with just phenomenon we can observe and apply to arithmetic. Tesla’s ‘without effort on his part’ is a missing link in any of the academia taught science today. This would be something beyond observation, outside a human’s limited senses. Therefore it would have to live in some conspiracy, which some humans love and cherish. However said, not all humans are stuck in that rut, some have taken the route Tesla has given us and have continued the quest for total knowledge of the Universe and used both Tesla’s and the German’s technologies to their furthermost and achieved much more than just the Philadelphia Experiment. Yes, they have learned how to avoid the tragic accident which is a common problem even in Nature, but can be controlled with technology.
