Motion is transmitted through the belt to the generator. When the generator has high current, a reactive force (Lenz Force) is generated, causing the generator to slow down. At this time, the speed of the turbine is the speed of the water flow at the injector. But because the flywheel is braked for a short time, while the water flow velocity of the injector remains unchanged (due to inertia). This leads to the water flow inside the twisted liquid bed (water) having a sudden decrease in curvature, meaning that the flow goes from curved to nearly straight. This results in a sudden, momentary increase in the supply (input) water flow, increasing the fluid pressure in the flywheel Cylinder. At that time, the speed of the water injector suddenly increases many times.
Even though there is a load that consumes power, leading to movement resistance, in an instant, the flywheel device (cylinder) regains its speed and is further accelerated. Therefore, when there is an unstable consumption load, the flywheel's speed increases dramatically.
